The Twenty-20 match format in DLF Indian Premier League makes this contest even more exciting, with blood gushing through the veins with every single ball!
Its not the singles which matter, it has not much to do with the world class techniques, its also not about patience and perseverance. Its actually about showing your strength and your courage!
There are a total of eight teams in DLF IPL T20 2010. Each team has to play with the remaining seven teams. The top four IPL T20 teams at the end of the league matches will enter the IPL T20 2010 semi finals.
All the teams participating in the DLF IPL T20 2010 should have a minimum of four players from tbe place that team belongs to (eg. Mumbai Indians should have alteast 4 players from Mumbai)and four Under-22 players. The players from the areas that team belongs to can be a well known player, a Rajni player of under 22 player.
The maximum number of overseas players in a IPL T20 team can be eight. However only four out of these eight players can play a T20 match.
